Your first session will typically last 30–45 minutes. When you arrive, you’ll receive one-on-one instruction, learning step by step — one posture at a time. This approach allows us to start from where you are and gradually build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Each person comes to yoga with a unique background — some with injuries or health challenges, others with years of movement experience. What comes natural to one might be difficult for another. In the Mysore room, we honor these differences. We meet you where you are, helping you address your individual needs and grow beyond your current limitations.Arrive as you are — half asleep, stiff as a board, sore, or unsure. That’s perfect.
