Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-8:30am
“Open Practice”
No experience necessary. The best place to start is here.
In the mysore room, students are instructed individually within a group setting. The teacher moves through the room offering assistance and instruction as needed. The method requires some commitment and is best done with consistency, 3 days per week initially, 6 days is “traditional”
New students will start learning sun salutations and a few closing postures, initially receiving more attention and instruction from the teacher. Gradually, students memorize and progress through the sequence of postures. The practice is not one size fits all! Each student finds their challenging pose or mental/physical limitation, and with patience, consistency and support, the impossible becomes possible.
We have been teaching yoga for over a decade and have worked in mysore rooms around the world. We offer a variety of lenses for your practice, both classical and rogue, with experience not only in ashtanga, but also dharma yoga, yin, rocket yoga, and meridian therapy.
