Short + Sweet — Hi! I’m Sara. I’ve been practicing yoga daily for 15+ years. I’ve completed over 1,000 hours of training since 2014. I’d love to share with you!

My classes offer range: technique and play, effort and ease, devotion and rebellion. It's meant to become yours.

I’ve completed 800 hours with Dharma Mittra, rooting me in bhakti, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, and classical yoga.

I started learning mysore ashtanga in 2013 in Washington DC and have tended to a daily practice since, ranging from mild to intense, traditional to rogue.

I’ve accompanied David Kyle on several Rocket tours as student, assistant, and chef.

I’ve also studied yin yoga, and acupressure with Bernie Clark and Rose Erin Vaughn.

Woven alongside are studies in nutrition, Ayurveda, herbalism, and other body-based frameworks.

Most recently, I’ve been devoted to studying jiu jitsu, offering profound insight into aliveness and embodiment: physicality, nervous system awareness, contact, plus, what it means to meet another with your whole self.
