Mysore-style is the original way of learning and doing yoga. The realest "all-levels" class out there. Sometimes considered a small group private or yoga office hours...

You’re guided one-on-one, learning the sequence at your own pace. Each person meets their edge at a different point. This method allows you to meet yourself clearly, and grow beyond your perceived limitations.

Your first session is short and simple. With each practice, you'll grow stronger, more mobile, more focused, more confident. Gradually, expand your capacity to move and breathe through anything with ease.
